フィリピンのボホール島にはチョコレートヒルと世界最小のサルのターシャが有名ですが、空港があるPanglao島には白い砂浜が綺麗なビーチや泳ぐことのできる鍾乳洞、蜂蜜関連のお土産やレストランのあるBee Farmがあり、じゅうぶんに楽しむことができます。その内容をレポートさせてもらいます。
Bohol Island in the Philippines is famous for its chocolate hills and Tasha, the world’s smallest monkey, but Panglao Island, where the airport is located, has a beautiful white sand beach, limestone caves where you can swim, and the Bee Farm with honey-related souvenirs and restaurants, offering plenty of opportunities for fun. アロナビーチ Alona Beach
ボホールのビーチとして最も有名なのがアロナビーチだと思います。パブリックビーチなので誰でも入ることができます。ビーチ沿にはたくさんのれラストランやバーがあり夜遅くまで盛り上がっています。週末にはファイヤーダンスもやっていて楽しい雰囲気の場所です。
もしマリンアクティビティをしたい場合はこの辺りに申し込める場所もありますが、絶対に声をかけられると思います（笑）。白いビーチを2階建てのレストランから眺めならビールを飲むのは最高です。夜は砂浜にテーブルが出されてそこでディナーができますので、雰囲気は最高です。
Alona Beach is probably the most famous beach in Bohol. It is a public beach and anyone can enter. There are many restaurants and bars along the beach and the atmosphere is lively until late at night. On weekends, there are fire dances and a fun atmosphere.
If you want to do marine activities, there are places around here where you can sign up, but you will definitely be asked to do so (^^). The view of the white beach from the two-story restaurant at daytime is great for a beer. At night, tables are set up on the beach front and you can have dinner there, so the atmosphere is great.
ドゥマルアンビーチ Dumaluan Beach
アロナビーチから北に数十分、車で走ることでドゥマルアンビーチに行くことができます。ボホール州でビーチの長さは最大の3kmで、ビーチの綺麗さはパングラオ島の中で一番と言われています。ホテルによってはゲストでも無料でホテルのプライベートビーチの施設を使うことができるところがあります。下の写真のホテルも無料で使わせて頂けました。リゾート感を満喫することができる場所です。高級ホテルに宿泊しなくてもデイツアーとして、こういったホテルリゾートを使わせてもらって一日過ごすのも最高ですよ！オススメです。
A few dozen minutes drive north of Alona Beach will take you to Dumaluan Beach. The beach is the longest in Bohol at 3 km, and the cleanliness of the beach is said to be the best in Panglao Island. Some hotels allow guests to use the hotel’s private beach facilities for free. The hotel(South Paims Resort) in the photo below also allowed us to use their facilities for free. It is a place where you can fully enjoy the resort atmosphere. Even if you do not stay at a luxury hotel, it is great to spend a day at one of these hotel resorts as a day tour! I recommend it.
ボホール鍾乳洞 Hinagdanan Cave
この鍾乳洞も同じパングラオ島にあります。ここの推しは、なんと鍾乳洞内の湖で泳ぐことができるんです！入り口はとても狭いのですが、中に入ると大きな空間が現れて目の前に大きな湖が目に入ってきて、すでに多くの人が泳いでいました。日本ではまず考えられないですよね、鍾乳洞の中で泳いでいいなんて。私もせっかくなので泳いでみました。水温が低めで水はとても透き通っていてとても気持ちが良かったです。足はつかない深さがあるのでライフジャケットを借りて泳いでくださいね。ぜひトライを！
This limestone cave is also located on the same island of Panglao. The highlight of this cave is that you can swim in the lake inside the cave! The entrance is very narrow, but once inside, a large space appears and you see a large lake in front of you, and many people were already swimming in it. In Japan, it is unthinkable that you can swim in a limestone cave. I also took the opportunity to swim. The water temperature was low and the water was very clear and pleasant. The water was too deep for my feet to touch, so please rent a life jacket and swim. Please give it a try!
