25年にミンダナオ島にイスラム教徒らの自治政府誕生見込み

Autonomous Government to be Established in Mindanao in 2025

40年近くフィリピン中央政府とミンダナオ島のイスラム武装勢力の抗争が続いていたが2025年に自治政府樹立する見込み。

2014年にアキノ元大統領が包括和平に合意し、ドゥテルテ大統領時代の2018年に基本法が成立し、2019年から暫定自治政府が立ち上がっていた。樹立の準備として暫定自治政府の議員が日本の行政を学ぶために来日している。

その自治政府は中央政府と良い関係を気づくためにどんな工夫をするのだろうか？武力勢力をどのようにコントロールしていくのだろうか？武力勢力が自治政府のトップに立って、住民たちが抗争の巻き添えに遭わないことを切に願います。

The Philippines is expected to establish an autonomous government in 2025 after nearly 40 years of conflict between the Philippine central government and Islamist militants in Mindanao.

Former President Aquino agreed to a comprehensive peace accord in 2014, and a basic law was passed in 2018 during the Duterte presidency, with a provisional autonomous government to be established in 2019. In preparation for the establishment, a member of the provisional autonomous government came to Japan to study Japanese administration.

What kind of measures will the self-governing government take to realize a good relationship with the central government? How will they control the armed forces? I sincerely hope that the residents will not become collateral damage in the conflict with the armed forces at the head of the autonomous government.
